GUIDED GOALS FOOTBALL ACADEMY – CODE OF CONDUCT

At Guided Goals Football Academy, football is a tool for building character, discipline, and responsibility. All participants are expected to uphold the following:

For Students

  • Attend all training sessions punctually and consistently

  • Show respect to coaches, mentors, teammates, and facilities

  • Dress appropriately in the official academy kit

  • Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times

  • Maintain discipline, focus, and a willingness to learn

  • Avoid foul language, bullying, or disruptive behaviour

For Parents/Guardians

  • Ensure timely drop-off and pick-up of children

  • Encourage commitment, discipline, and respect for academy rules

  • Communicate promptly with the academy regarding absences or concerns

  • Understand that mentorship and discipline are core to the program

Disciplinary Measures

Failure to adhere to the academy’s values may result in:

  • Verbal warnings

  • Temporary suspension from sessions

  • Withdrawal from the program (in serious or repeated cases)

Our goal is not punishment, but growth — raising boys who understand responsibility, accountability, and purpose.
